Natural Superfood boosting Metabolism and Anti-aging

Many researches have concluded that following healthy dietary pattern like eating fruits and veggies is the healthiest and the safest way to enhance the face complexion and also reduces the risk of many diseases like heart disease, blood pressure, diabetes and sometimes cancer also. It is also been said, no single food will provide all the nutrition but there are few foods, “SUPERFOODS” which have been given special attention as these acts to be significantly beneficial for health.

•The important nutrients which our body require the most are 

•Vitamins and Minerals rich foods like Amla, leafy vegetables etc.

•Anti-oxidant rich foods like Nuts, kale, berries etc.

•Collage rich food like lemon, sweet potato, kale, and avocado etc.

•Protein rich food chicken, fish, egg etc.

These superfoods are really helpful in boosting metabolism as well as anti-aging. Here are the few superfoods which needs to be added in our daily life.

Amla - The Indian Gooseberry is a super fruit. These are anti-oxidants and are rich in Vitamin C, which help to slows down ageing, increase metabolism and also help to fights against certain diseases. 

Cruciferous vegetables- These vegetables like cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, kale, mustard greens, radish etc. are the excellent source of vitamins, fiber which prevent from several disease. Broccoli are rich in Vitamin C and K and fibers with having an anti-inflammatory, anti-aging properties. So one should add it in their salad

Chia Seeds -These black and white seeds contain omega-3, protein, fibers, carbohydrates, calcium and antioxidants. This provide strength and were also used as an energy.

Manuka Honey -Although honey is natural energy booster but Manuka Honey is type of honey, which has been used for years in medicines. This is specifically used as immune booster as well as in skin rejuvenating.

Nuts - Variety of nuts either almonds or walnut or many others are the great source of vitamin E, protect skin from UV rays, thus protect it from any damage and also help to repair skin tissues.. Walnuts is the very good source of omega-3 fatty acids, which help to protect skin in many ways.

Pumpkin Seeds - These are considered to be the powerhouse of nutrition and are rich in magnesium, zinc protein etc. They help in reducing many disease risk in the body.

Dark Chocolate - One best anti-aging source, which is full of flavonoid and help in increasing blood circulation in the skin. It also protect skin from damage against UV rays.

Wheat Grass - Known for true super food, as it not only boost metabolism but also immune system. It helps to reduce toxins and cholesterol in the body and is also known for having anti-carcinogenic properties.

Blue berries -These are tiny shaped but have tremendous benefits. There are anti-oxidants and are rich in vitamin C. Berries protect skin damage from UV rays of the sun.

Sesame seeds - These tiny, oil-rich seeds, are the good Source of Fibers and are rich in antioxidants. Sesame seeds are a good source of several nutrients essential for your immune system, including zinc, copper, selenium, iron, vitamin E, and vitamin B6.

It is very important to follow well-balanced diet based on our age. At certain age, we all require such diet that contains high vitamin, minerals, protein etc. These foods not only help us to fight against many disease but also keep us healthier.
