The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) has opened the registration process for the vocational courses and D.El.Ed (diploma in elementary education) from November 1. Interested candidates can complete the online registration process on or before November 20 and till November 30 with a late fee. The offline examination for the vocational courses and D.El.Ed for October-November will be conducted in December 2021 and January 2022. 

Steps to register 

- Visit the official website of NIOS. 

- Click on NIOS Oct-Nov Exam 2021 registration. 

- Fill the form with the required information and attach soft copies of documents. 

- Cross-check the entered information before clicking on submit. 

- Deposit the registration fee through online mode. 

- Download the registration confirmation page and save it for the future reference.  

Application fee

Candidates who register between November 21 and November 25 will have to pay a late fee of Rs 100 per subject. Further, the late payment for applications submitted between November 26 and 30 will have a consolidated late fee of Rs 1500 per learner.
