The Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh has made an announcement and has given a big gift to the people of the state on the auspicious occasion of Diwali. Let us tell you that the UP government has decided to extend the Pradhan Mantri Anna Yojana till Holi. In fact, during his address in the Deepotsav program organized in Ayodhya, the city of Ram, CM Yogi made the announcement.

He said that the Pradhan Mantri Anna Yojana, which is applicable till the month of November, has been extended till Holi i.e. 35 kg ration will be given free to the Antyodaya cardholder till December, January, February, and March. Along with this, the Uttar Pradesh government has also cut the price of petrol and diesel for the people of the state after the Centre's decision to cut excise duty.
