On Tuesday, India has reported 1,259 fresh Covid-19 cases along with 35 deaths, and 1,705 recoveries, in the last 24 hours, as per the data updated by the Union Health Ministry. With active cases in the country standing at 15,378, the total caseload of the infection in the country has reached 4,30,21,682.
With 35 virus-related fatalities in the last 24 hours, the death toll has climbed to 5,21,070. The national Covid-19 recovery rate was recorded at 98.75 percent, the data showed. The daily positivity rate was recorded at 0.22 percent, while the weekly positivity rate stood at 0.25 percent, said the ministry.

West Bengal
On Monday, West Bengal has reported 31 fresh cases of Covid-19, taking the tally to 20,17,233, said the health department in its bulletin.
Odisha
As reported by the news agency PTI, Odisha has reported 43 fresh Covid-19 cases with one more fatality in the last 24 hours.
Delhi
In the last 24 hours, Delhi has reported 90 cases and 0 deaths. Active cases in the national capital stand at 444, reported ANI.
Kerala
Kerala has reported 346 fresh Covid-19 cases along with 471 recoveries, and one death, in the last 24 hours, as per the state health department, reported ANI.
Maharashtra
Thane has reported seven new cases of coronavirus in the last 24 hours, raising the infection count in the Maharashtra district to 7,08,754, an official said today.
