Female fitness enthusiast and Bollywood actress Soha Ali Khan has revealed her secret to strong and healthy bones even at 47 years of age. Making that big announcement in an Instagram reel, she confessed that it is not an expensive series of supplements but a plain vegetarian bone-broth soup that makes the trick.
"This does not seem fancy, but it might be the mightiest thing I eat," said Soha, referring to the soup as mineral-rich, anti-inflammatory, and full of greens and sprouts.
