Aishwarya Rai Bachchan continues to reign as the Queen of Cannes even months after the 2026 festival. Designer Tony Ward Couture has released previously unseen photographs of the actress in a spectacular custom white gown that has left fans in awe.
The elaborate creation features more than 7,000 hand-applied pearls, nearly 40 metres of silk taffeta and over 600 hours of meticulous craftsmanship. The strapless, body-hugging silhouette is paired with a dramatic taffeta cape featuring oversized sculptural ruffles that frame the shoulders and cascade into a sweeping train.
Aishwarya completed the ethereal look with soft waves and minimal diamond jewellery, allowing the intricate gown to take centre stage against the French Riviera backdrop. The newly shared images have once again highlighted her impeccable red-carpet style and cemented another iconic addition to her Cannes fashion legacy.
