On February 27, 2026, Italian fashion house Gucci presented its Fall/Winter 2026/2027 series at Milan Fashion Week, with 21-year-old transgender daughter Elon Musk being the first character to walk the runway under new creative director Demna.

Wilson stepped down the catwalk in an amazing one-sleeved, one-colored white silk dress that was very high-waisted with dramatic side cuts and a luxurious fall. Her calm and the non-selective casting were welcomed by the fashion media, with such outlets as Vanity Fair, Vogue, and WWD noting her appearance as part of the new guild of the It kids at Gucci. The social media fans rejoiced, with messages pouring in about her confidence and making such a strong statement of visibility.
