In a glittering ceremony held on April 18, 2026, at KIIT in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, Sadhvi Satish Sail from Goa was crowned Femina Miss India World 2026.
Well, Sadhvi emerged as a winner of the 61st edition of the prestigious pageant titled Daughters of This Soil in the absence of stiff competition from the entire country. Rajnandini Pawar of Maharashtra was named 1st runner-up, with Sree Advaita of the Union Territories taking the 2nd runner-up spot.
Sadhvi, a model, entrepreneur, and academically accomplished young woman with a double major in economics and international relations, said that the win was very surreal. She will now be an Indian ambassador in the Miss World 2026 pageant.
The finale, which was played by the former, Nikita Porwal, has caused mega celebrations in Goa, a first in the history of the coastal state. This has been the case with the congratulatory messages that have been sent by celebrities and netizens to the graceful winner of social media.
