Hina Khan has shared an emotional revelation about her relationship with husband Rocky Jaiswal during her battle with stage 3 breast cancer. The actress, who married Rocky in an intimate ceremony in June 2025 while undergoing treatment, said their bond faced a real-life crisis rather than compatibility issues.

“There have been tough times and rough patches… Healthwise, whatever we have been through, especially in my case and his mother’s case, there have been times when I asked Rocky to marry someone else,” Hina shared on her podcast. She explained that she wanted his happiness above all and was not testing him.

Rocky chose to stay by her side through the difficult period. Hina credited his unwavering support for helping her through the ordeal, saying he made the challenging journey feel manageable. The couple recently celebrated their first wedding anniversary, silencing earlier speculation about their marriage.
