Rajasthan Royals posted a heartwarming clip of their teenager sensation Vaibhav Sooryavanshi's conversation with the team's manager Romi Bhinder following the youngster's explosive century off just 37 balls against Sunrisers Hyderabad.

Bhinder explained Sooryavanshi’s father had rung him up to ask why the young player had not done the customary “feet touching" with his elders.

Blushing, Vaibhav said, “I will talk to you for 10 minutes… I am sorry, Papa. " The video has been widely shared, revealing the young cricketer's humble background and the significance of cultural values in the materialistic IPL world.

Sooryavanshi's passionate 103 propelled RR to a competitive position, but SRH chased it down in an epic fightout. Sooryavanshi’s respect was lauded by fans, who described the incident as a reflection of the high-octane on-field and respectful off-field values. The incident has made India's youngest IPL player even more endearing.
