Kashmera Shah has publicly backed her aunt-in-law Sunita Ahuja amid the ongoing marital feud with actor Govinda.
Speaking to paparazzi at an event, Kashmera made her stance clear: “Woh meri family hai aur main apni family ko protect karungi. Main apni family ki auraton ke saath khadi hoon.” She added that she stands with Sunita and noted that Sunita had never raised her voice before. “Aaj bol rahi hai na toh hoga kuch galat,” she said, implying that if Sunita is speaking out now, something must be wrong.
Kashmera also asked the media to leave the couple alone since they had already distanced themselves. Her comments come after years of a past family rift that was later resolved, and amid recent public statements by Sunita about alleged issues in her marriage with Govinda. The actress emphasised protecting the women in her family no matter what.
