Sidhu, a former cricketer-turned-politician, has also shown in an emotional announcement how he is distributing his family properties among his two children during his lifetime.
After extensive consultations with his wife, Dr. Navjot Kaur Sidhu, Sidhu resolved that the ancestral house in Yadavindra Colony, Patiala, the house constructed by his father on which Sidhu spent his initial 36 years of life, will be inherited by his son, Karan Sidhu. The house Al-Sidhu built in Amritsar will be inherited by his daughter Rabia Sidhu.
In pictures on social media and with family photographs, Sidhu underlined that both homes were gifts bestowed with the grace of Goddess Parvati and had been gained through only the most hard work in the field of cricket, television commentary, and programs such as The Kapil Sharma Show, which was not through politics.
Numerous netizens applauded some coefficients of change in the family heritage by making a daughter the subject of equal recognition as a son. The news has gone viral and is perceived as a transparency gesture, a sense of gratitude, and a legacy.
