Recent digital content Venture In an important move in the field of digital consumption, Bollywood comedian Rajpal Yadav, the protagonist of such films as Hungama, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, and Chup Chup Ke, has created his own official YouTube channel, which he unveiled on March 2, 2026.

The channel was launched in the name of Rajpal Yadav Official, and its introductory video was the trailer titled Naya Safar Shuru (New Journey Begins), in which the actor was talking directly to his fans, promising them comedy sketches, behind-the-scenes videos, vlogs, and reaction videos, as well as motivational speeches. The initial video has already surpassed 1.5 million views in hours, and subscribers already inundate the comments section with praises and memes.

This is being unveiled at a very bad time in the life of the 54-year-old actor, who is already faced with a high-profile 9 crore bounced-check court case against businessman Sunil Lulla. Rajpal also allegedly gave checks (post-dated) in 2019 as part of settling a financial dispute that went unpaid later. The case was undergoing legal proceedings in Mumbai, and the next hearing is in April 2026.

Nevertheless, the law took its toll, and in the first video, Rajpal said, "Zindagi mein ups and downs aate rehte hain, hasna nahi chhodna hai." YouTube Ae pe apke saath nayi masti shuru kar raha hoon. Life has good and bad moments... that is why I will not stop laughing. YouTube. Starting with a new fun with all of you.)

This can be viewed by industry insiders as a savvy shift in outlook of actors whose careers have been slackening or are otherwise struggling with money, as seen with other celebs who have managed to be successful and earn a consistent income on the platform. The early content consists of little comedy sketches where the actor returns to his iconic characters and interviews with his fans.

Some netizens applauded his strength (true fighter, respect!), but others wondered why he did it just as the law really accused him. In his videos, Rajpal has not spoken directly about the check bounce case, so it is a source of entertainment and positivity.

There were already more than 800,000 subscribers on the channel on the first day, and this indicates that fans are in support. The question regarding whether this online project can allow him to recover, both economically and as a professional, still remains to be answered, but the introduction of YouTube by Rajpal Yadav has certainly made points in Bollywood.
