Megastar Chiranjeevi emotionally spoke about a dangerous wound that his son Ram Charan had in the Peddi movie. In addition to the eight stitches, the global star suffered a severe eye injury to his right eye, and doctors say that if the impact had been somewhat greater, he would have lost his eye.

“I was in a daze when I saw the picture of it,” Chiranjeevi said at the success event of his film. “He went home in eight stitches, but it didn't stop him, and there were chances he might have lost his eye if it had been hit just a little lower. He was lucky and got cut on his eyebrow,” they said.

Ram Charan's effort was so great that he had not given up after the painful defeat and went on shooting. Chiranjeevi commended his son's dedication and said that it was one of his best performances.
