Dhurandhar: Woody's sequel to the sensation of 2025, The Revenge, comes to theaters with huge hype. Ranveer Singh reappears as the ruthless undercover agent Hamza Ali Mazari (Jaskirat Singh Rangi), which throws him so far into the betrayal, intrigue, and bloody vengeance of the Karachi underworld. The almost 4-hour run time, under the direction of Aditya Dhar, is crammed with action sequences, mind-boggling twists, and gore-filled fights that blow the stakes beyond the original.
The main strength of the movie is the powerful performance of Ranveer, who carries the emotional load along with the powerful supporting performances of R. Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, and Sanjay Dutt. Some of the critics criticize it as overstretched and overly violent, with too many patriotic undertones, whereas the masses and popular viewers affect the movies, touting its fun ride, strong punches, and gratifying ending.
All in all it meets the giant expectations as a daring, uninhibited show that reinvents the high-voltage Bollywood thrillers—ideal in case the fans want to be bombarded with melodramatic drama and big-screen heroism.
