Sanjay Dutt has opened up about the transformation of Bollywood over the decades. Recalling his debut with Rocky in 1981, the actor said the industry once felt like a family where everyone supported each other.
“When I started, the industry felt like a family. Everyone was together, everyone was helping one another. Now it’s become much more cut-throat, much more competitive,” Dutt stated in a recent interview.
The veteran star, who has completed 45 years in cinema, contrasted the earlier sense of unity with today’s intense competition. He also praised Hollywood for maintaining a more collaborative and friendly environment. Dutt’s candid remarks have sparked discussions about how the business of films has evolved from a community-driven space into a high-stakes, individualistic industry.
