Sohail Khan has cleared up a long-standing misconception about the Khan family hierarchy. During a casual conversation on the reality show Alliance, contestant Kashish Kapoor asked whether Arbaaz Khan was the eldest among the brothers.
Sohail promptly corrected her, stating that Salman Khan is the oldest. He then listed the full sibling order: Salman Khan, followed by Arbaaz Khan, Alvira Khan Agnihotri, himself (Sohail), and the youngest, Arpita Khan Sharma.
Many fans have long assumed Arbaaz was the senior-most brother, partly due to his appearance and early career trajectory. The viral clip of Sohail’s straightforward clarification has amused viewers and served as an unexpected Bollywood family trivia lesson.
Salman, born in 1965, has always been the eldest of Salim Khan’s children, with Arbaaz following in 1967 and Sohail in 1970. The light-hearted exchange has once again put the spotlight on the close-knit Khan family dynamics.
