Vijay Deverakonda Confirms Ranabaali With Rashmika Postponed – New October 16 Release Date Revealed

Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna’s much-awaited period action drama Ranabaali has been postponed. The makers officially announced that the film, earlier scheduled for September 11, 2026, will now release worldwide on October 16, 2026.

Production house Mythri Movie Makers shared the update on social media, stating, “The darkest chapter of our history opens this October. #Ranabaali GRAND RELEASE WORLDWIDE ON 16.10.26.” The new date places the film in the Dussehra festive window.

Directed by Rahul Sankrityan, Ranabaali is a large-scale period drama set against the British era and based on real historical events. Vijay plays the title role while Rashmika portrays his wife Jayamma. Hollywood actor Arnold Vosloo appears as the antagonist. Produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y. Ravi Shankar with T-Series presenting, the film is being mounted as a pan-India project.

Fans are now eagerly waiting for the October 16 release of this ambitious historical actioner.
