Having seen this almost four-hour-long spy-action thriller, Kohli said that it was the best cinematic experience in India, going so far as to say it evoked all emotions without even the slightest flinch. He referred to director Aditya Dhar as a genius and credited the performance of Ranveer Singh with being on a whole new plane.

Anushka Sharma shared the view and described the movie as captivating, absorbing, and well-crafted. She cheered the belief in the long story and the performances of the solid ensemble.

The director Aditya Dhar reacted emotionally to social media, stating his disbelief and thanks. He unveiled that he has been a big fan of Virat since his under-19 days, and the words of the couple have motivated the team to achieve more and to write stories proving India proud. The movie keeps dominating the box office since it is already on the path of ₹1500 crore.
