On Thursday, Delhi has reported 35 fresh Covid-19 positive cases and 0 death due to the infection. The daily positivity rate of the national capital now stands at 0.05%, as per the data shared by the city's health department.

As reported by PTI, "the data also stated that no death was reported in Delhi on July 18, July 24, July 29, August 2, August 4, August 8, August 11-13, August 16, August 20, August 21-24 and August 26-29."  

Goa 

Goa's total caseload of Covid-19 positive cases has reached to 1,74,725 including 79 frsh cases reported on Thursday. However, no fresh death is reported due to the infection in the state, a health department official said.

Ganesh Chaturthi Celebrations 

Section 144 is imposed in Mumbai from today till 19 September to curb the public celebrations in view of the Covid-19 pandemic. "No processions of Ganpati will be allowed and more than five persons can’t gather at a place," said the Mumbai Commissioner’s office. Temples are closed in the state and devotees in the city will have to take the darshan of Lord Ganesha online.
