On Tuesday, India has reported 1,581 fresh Covid-19 cases along with 33 deaths in the last 24 hours, as per the data updated by the health ministry at 9 am. Active caseload stands at 23,913, said the Health ministry. As per the data, with 2,741 recoveries reported in the last 24 hours, the total recoveries tally has reached to 4,24,70,515. 

As per the government, India’s cumulative Covid-19 vaccination coverage has exceeded 181.56 crore.

The daily positivity rate was recorded at 0.28 per cent, while the weekly positivity rate stood at 0.39 per cent, the ministry said.

Over 32 lakh Covid-19 vaccine jabs given to children aged 12 to 14 years so far, cumulative vaccine doses administered in India surpasses 181.52 crore, said the Union Health Ministry. 

Madhya Pradesh 

In Madhya Pradesh, the Covid-19 caseload has reached to 10,40,901 on Monday as 15 fresh cases were reported, however no death was recorded in the last 24 hours. The death toll remains unchanged at 10,734, said a health official. reported by news agency PTI. 

West Bengal 

On Monday, West Bengal has recorded 27 fresh Covid-19 cases, pushing the tally to 20,16,842, with one more death the death toll has reached to 21,195, said a bulletin issued by the state health department, reported by news agency PTI. 

Maharashtra 

Maharashtra reports 99 fresh Covid-19 cases, along with 180 recoveries, and zero deaths, in the last 24 hours. Total active cases in the state stands at 1,273, reported TOI. 

Delhi 

In the last 24 hours, Delhi has reported 108 fresh Covid-19 cases, along with 98 recoveries, and 0 death. Active cases in the national capital stand at 505, reported TOI.
