India reports 31,222 fresh Covid-19 cases along with 42,942 recoveries and 290 deaths in the last 24 hours. Total tally of Covid infections now stands at 3,30,58,843 including 3,22,24,937 total recoveries and 4,41,042 deaths. Active cases in the country now stands at 3,92,864, as per data released by Union Health Ministry. 

On Monday, the daily Covid-19 vaccinations have crossed the 1-crore mark. Now the cumulative doses administered in the country have reached to 69.61 crore, the Union Health Ministry said. This is for the third time that the country’s daily tally of vaccinations had crossed the 1-crore mark in the last two weeks. On Monday, till about 8 pm, the number of vaccinations stood at 1.02 crore.
