India has registered 11,466 fresh cases of Covid-19 infection along with 11,961 recoveries and 460 deaths due to the virus in the last 24 hours, as per the data updated by the Union Health Ministry on Wednesday. India's active caseload currently stands at 1,39,683 which is the lowest in 264 days. With 11,961 fresh recoveries in the last 24 hours, the total number of recoveries has reached to 3,37,87,047. The current recovery rate is 98.25% which is the highest since March 2020.

Rajasthan Cricket Association notified, "As latest guidelines from Rajasthan Government, spectators, staff and players who are vaccinated with the first dose of Covid-19 vaccine will be allowed to enter stadiums."
Kerala has reported 6.4k new cases, Maharashtra 982 and Tamil Nadu 835 fresh cases in the last 24 hours. However, Kerala has reported 384 fresh fatalities (including 337 backlog), Maharashtra 27, Tamil Nadu 12, West Bengal 12.
As per Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), 52.69 lakh new vaccinations have been administered in the country taking the total vaccinations administered to 109.64 crore.
