On Wednesday, India has registered 27,176 fresh Covid-19 positive cases along with 284 deaths in the last 24 hours, as per the data updated by Union Health Ministry. The death toll in the country now stands at 4,43,497. The tally of total Covid-19 cases has reached 3,33,16,755. The caseload of total active cases in the country now stands at 3,51,087. Till date total recoveries tally has reached to 3,25,22,171. 

Up To September 14, a total of 54,60,55,796 samples for Covid-19 were tested. Of which, 16,10,829 samples were tested yesterday, said Indian Council of Medical Research. The tally of total vaccination administered has reached to 75,89,12,277 including 61,15,690 vaccinations administered in the last 24 hrs. 

Kerala has recorded 15,876 new Covid-19 cases and 129 deaths in the last 24 hours. Assam has reported 493 fresh Covid-19 cases. Tamil Nadu has reported 1,591 fresh Covid-19 cases. In Maharashtra, Thane has recorded 197 new Covid-19 cases along with 3 more deaths due to the infection.
