As per the data updated by Health Ministry on Monday, India has recorded 27,254 fresh Covid-19 positive cases along with 37,687 recoveries and 219 deaths in the last 24 hours. Now the tally of total cases has reached to 3,32,64,175. However, the caseload of recoveries and deaths now stands at 3,24,47,032 and 4,42,874 respectively. Active cases in the country now stands at 374,269. The country's weekly positivity rate stands at 2.11% which has been below 3% since 80 days, says Union Health MInistry.  

Up to September 12, 543,014,076 samples for Covid-19 has been tested up. Out of these, 1,208,247 samples tested on September 12, said Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR). The government also stated that a total of 74,38,37,643 vaccine doses have been administered in India till date under the nationwide vaccination drive.
