India has reported 26,041 fresh Covid-19 cases along with 29,621 recoveries and 276 deaths in the last 24 hours. With this the tally of active cases in the country has reached to 2,99,620, as per the data updated by Union Health Ministry on Monday. Total tally of active infections has risen up  to 33,678,786. Active cases currently account for only 0.89% of the total Covid-19 cases in India.

As per, the Union Health Ministry, with 29,621 recoveries in the last 24 hours, the caseload of total recoveries has reached to 3,29,31,972. The recovery rate currently stands at 97.78%. With 38,18,362 vaccinations in the last 24 hours, the caseload of total vaccine doses administered till date has reached up to 86.01 crore. Total 22,69,42,725 people have received both doses of the vaccine against Covid-19, including 38,18,362 vaccinations administered in the last 24 hours. In the last 24 hours, 11,65,006 Covid-19 tests have been conducted and the tally of total tests conducted has reached at 56.44 crore.
