In the last 24 hours, less than 1 lakh cases were reported here. 83,876 cases were reported in the country on Sunday. However, during this time 895 people lost their lives. Earlier on Saturday, 1 lakh 07 thousand 474 new cases of corona were registered in the country with 865 fatalities.

The number of people who have recuperated from the disease surged to 4,06,60,202, including 1,99,054 people recovered in 24 hours. The country's fatality rate currently stands at 1.19 per cent. The daily positivity rate of the country has reached to 7.25%.
