The cases of covid-19 are rising continuously creating lot of concerns about the existence of multiple new strains. Scientist suspect that the new strain cause infection in different pattern from the original one.

Multiple new strains have been reported amid covid-19 outbreak, as virus continuously change through mutation and with the new strains, symptoms are also found to be different from the previous reported covid-19. 

The different types of strains which have been reported recently in India are N440K and E484K, apart from other strains reported i.e. Brazil strain London strain SA strain across country.

Reports also suggest that most of the symptoms are similar with the old covid-19 virus like continuous cough, high fever and loss of taste or smell but some of the different symptoms have also seen making a point of concern. Seven new symptoms have been recently detected, that are found in new strains.

So far, no mortality due to covid-19 strain has been reported, as experts said. Since viruses have a tendency to mutate, all we need to do is to take proper precautions and ensure safety to reduce the occurrence of risk and it is also advisable to visit doctor, if any of the symptoms mentioned above occurs.
