The BCCI has asked Punjab Kings superstar Arshdeep Singh to direct his vlogs to the rest of the 2026 season. The BCCI has requested Punjab Kings pace bowler Arshdeep Singh suspend posting vlogs till the end of the 2026 season in a major move in the Indian Premier League. The order has come in the wake of a clip of his recent travel vlog appearing viral, in which the Indians claimed he was spotted vaping with teammate Yuzvendra Chahal inside an aircraft while he was on his way from Ahmedabad to Hyderabad.

The material was already circulating in many places on social media before Arshdeep is alleged to have edited and deleted the controversial clip from his YouTube video. Chahal and Punjab Kings have not made any official statements on the issue.

This is the 2nd vaping-related incident in IPL 2026 after Rajasthan Royals skipper Riyan Parag was fined for using a vape in the dressing room. To prevent additional humiliation, the BCCI (Board of Control for Cricket in India) seems to have made stricter amendments to the guidelines for players' conduct and the material they post on social media.

A popular vlogger of fun behind-the-scenes moments, Arshdeep has followed through on the word of the board. Cricket fans have been left in awe of the episode.
