The Shimla-Chandigarh road, a vital route, has been temporarily closed to buses and trucks.With the situation growing dire, the state government has taken proactive measures. All schools and colleges in Himachal Pradesh have been instructed to remain closed until August 14, prioritizing the safety and well-being of residents and students amidst the ongoing weather-related challenges.
