 You can make the body healthy, curing skin or pancreas related disorders. Not only this, you can also cure many diseases by consuming figs in your diet.


Fig is a dry fruit. It is of two types, which are:

Cultivated. 

The leaves and fruits of this fig are big. 

Wild fig.

 Its fruits and leaves are smaller than cultivated figs. 


Benefits of Figs:

1. Indigestion Treatment in digestive system

Many people are troubled by problems related to the digestive system. To get relief from this, it is beneficial to eat figs. People suffering from problems like indigestion can use figs as digestive.


2. Treat Acidity 

It is often seen that after eating spicy or spicy food, the body starts burning, or there is a problem of acidity. If the same happens to you, figs can prove beneficial. For this, you should eat 1 or 2 dried fruits of figs mixed with khand (jaggery). This helps in relieving irritation.

 

3. Constipation

Many people are troubled by the problem of constipation. This is a problem that can also cause many serious diseases. For this, take 1-2 fruits of fresh figs continuously for a few days. It provides relief in constipation.


4. Get Rid of Headache

Fig is a multifaceted fruit. It helps a lot in relieving headache. If someone is suffering from headache, they should grind the bark of fig tree, apply it on their head as a paste. It gives relief from headache.


5. Pancreatitis Swelling and other Pancreatic Disorders (Inflammation)

If someone is suffering from a pancreatic disorder, then grind it after roasting the fig fruit. Applying it is beneficial in pancreatic disorder or gonorrhea.


6. Physical weakness 

If you feel body weakness, you can use figs. Figs are considered very beneficial to overcome physical weakness. For this, one fig has to be consumed daily. This makes the body healthy. Put 1 or 2 dried fruits of figs in water overnight. Eat it in the morning. It gives strength in the body.


7. Treats Respiratory Disorders

Those who suffer from breathing problems can benefit from figs. Such people break the soft branches of figs and make a decoction. Drinking 10 to 20 milliliters of this is beneficial in respiratory diseases.

If children have breathing problems, grind the dried fig fruit in sugar, and vinegar. Feed it to children. By this, children get relief in respiratory diseases.


8. Chronic cough 

In chronic cough disease, eat ripe fig fruits mixed with honey. It provides relief in chronic cough and bleeding with mucus.


9. Insect Bite

Apply fig milk to insect bites. It cures the pain and burning sensation caused by insect bites.


10. Healing Warts

Warts can also be treated using figs. You have to take the raw fruit of fig, and apply its milk on the wart. It will benefit.
