Jamie Lever has strongly dismissed circulating reports of her marrying Govinda’s son Yashvardhan Ahuja, calling the viral videos pure AI fabrications.
The comedian and actress took to Instagram to address the rumours after AI-generated clips showing her in bridal attire began spreading online. She said she and her cousins initially found the videos funny and shared them among themselves. However, the situation turned problematic when people started calling to congratulate her on the supposed wedding, and even genuine marriage proposals stopped coming.
“All these videos and the information are fake,” Jamie clarified. She acknowledged the creativity behind the AI bridal looks but urged creators to take the clips down after gaining enough views. Without naming Yashvardhan directly, she added that the person linked in the rumours is “my younger brother” with whom she is also working on a film, and that he is much younger than her.
Jamie assured fans that any real wedding news would come from her only when the time is right.
