On Sunday, India has recorded 12,830 fresh Covid-19 cases along with 446 deaths in the last 24 hours, as per the data updated by the Union Health Ministry. With 12,830 fresh cases, the active caseload of Covid-19 has climbed up to 3,42,73,300, with the active cases standing at 1,59,272 (lowest in 247 days). With 446 fresh fatalities, the Covid-19 death toll in the country has reached to 4,58,186. As per the latest data updated by the Union Health Ministry, 14,667 recoveries have been recorded in the country in the last 24 hours, taking the tally of recoveries to 3,36,55,842. 

Currently, the Recovery Rate stands at 98.20%. Active cases account for less than 1% of total cases, currently at 0.46% which is the lowest since March 2020. Daily positivity rate (1.13%) less than 2% for last 27 days. Weekly Positivity Rate (1.18%) less than 2% for last 37 days, said the Union Ministry of Health. 

As per Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), total of 1,06,14,40,335 vaccinations have been administered in India so far. 60,83,19,915 samples tested for Covid-19 up to October 30, 2021, including 11,35,142 samples tested yesterday.
