Factors that cause’s sudden onset of weakness, shakiness, or tiredness

- Dehydration: This occurs when a person loses more fluids than getting enough fluid, causes low blood pressure, result in weakness, fatigue, dizziness and vomiting.
- Hypoglycemia: This is a condition in which blood sugar are abnormally drop. Condition results in shakiness, anxiety, fatigue, weakness etc.

- Sleep deprivation: Sleep deprivation occurs when there is consistent lack of quality sleep, which compromise basic body functions. It causes fatigue, weakness etc.
- Too much caffeine: Healthy adults can consume caffeine to a limit range but higher doses can be harmful. Many people are more sensitive to caffeine and experience negative effects even at lower doses. Symptoms include shakiness, weakness, and tiredness.
- Medications: certain medicines may also produce these symptoms.

Tremors
Tremors is a rhythmic, involuntary muscle contractions, which lead to shaking in one or more parts of the body, which can occur in any age, but likely affect middle-aged and older people.
This disorder most frequently affects the hands but it may also affect the arms, legs, vocal cord, torso, or head as stated by National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke.

Irregular heart rhythm (heart arrhythmias)
This condition occurs when the heartbeat does not function properly i.e. either the heart beats too fast or beats too slow or irregularly. Due to abnormal heart rate, the heart cannot pump blood effectively, which can cause weakness and tiredness. According to the American Heart Association (AHA), Arrhythmias can be harmless or life threatening.

Chronic fatigue syndrome
Chronic fatigue syndrome is a serious, long-term condition that involves many systems of the body. It is characterized by extreme tiredness which doesn't go away with only rest. This worsen the medical and physical conditions. Symptoms include severe tiredness, sleep problems, and difficulty in thinking. This condition makes the people difficult to perform day to day activities as per Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Parkinson’s disease
Parkinson’s disease is a long term brain disorder that cause an individual to lose control in some body parts, left with shaking, stiffness, and balance problems. According to the National Institute on Aging (NIA), symptoms usually starts gradually and worsens over time, which make difficulty in walking and talking.

Treatment of these conditions depends on the underlying medical conditions. It is advisable to get the treatment based on the medical conditions.
For instance, if someone showing the symptoms due to hypoglycemia associated with diabetes, a doctor can prescribe anti-diabetic medication like insulin or other drugs. Likewise, if an individual’s symptoms are due to tremors, anti-seizure medications may be recommended to reduce such symptoms.
Some lifestyle modification can also improve these conditions and so overall health. If this is not working, needs to consult doctor.

Reduced caffeine intake will help reduced symptoms as too much caffeine consumption may cause to produce such symptoms.
Dehydration is another condition that a person can treat easily, so getting enough fluid will help to overcome with these symptoms.
Taking Nutritious diet is another important way to reduce tiredness and weakness, which in turn improves overall health by just increasing the energy and thus reduced the risk of developing serious medical conditions, as said by National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases. As per CDC, nutritious diet includes:
- Fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and low fat dairy products.
- Foods rich in protein like fish, poultry, lean meat, beans, nuts, and eggs.
- Avoid or limit foods that are high in saturated fat, Trans fat, salt, and sugar.
- Daily calorie intake that falls within the recommendations.
- If a large meal is difficult to eat, small and frequent meals are preferable.
- Physical activity also offers excellent health benefits and can help a person feel stronger.
