Singer-composer Amaal Mallik has voiced strong opinions on the shocking murder of Pune realtor Ketan Agarwal. “Not only was she in love with another man, but how much effort she put into killing him is insane; she said only a fraction of it was needed to say no,” Amaal said in a post on social media.

Amaal condemned Siya Goyal, her alleged boyfriend Chetan Chaudhary, and the need to pursue such an awful story instead of simply letting it go, accusing them of being "monsters." He has also called upon the authorities to not abuse the law in which they protect the women.

The case is against Siya and Chetan for allegedly conspiring to push Ketan out of Lohagad Fort after she allegedly took Rs 1 crore from him for her wedding. Police are probing a cold case and how the killings were planned—rehearsals and altering appearances to avoid being spotted.

Amaal's response has spoken to many, and it has led to calls for justice and more honest communication in relationships amidst the horrific incident details that have been coming out.
