Nishant was seen struggling with basic poses, bending in an incorrect position during instructions at the state-level event at Patna's Patna Sports Complex and making unusual movements of his neck during Chakrasana.

His white kurta and saffron scarf, along with his stiff arms and wobbly stances, immediately garnered a lot of mockery on social media, with people sharing memes, laughing emojis, and making comments about his fitness to serve in the health ministry. Some people decried his approach; others believed it was a relatable attempt to encourage yoga.

Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary, along with other leaders, attended the 12th International Yoga Day with the theme 'Yoga for Healthy Aging.'
