A horrendous incident occurred in Karnataka where an experienced snake-watcher, Razak Shah, was bitten by a huge 15-foot python, and his fight against the snake did not go as planned. The incident has happened in a gutter at the college campus of VTU, Dandeli, in the Uttara Kannada District, where the python has been caught.
As he carefully tried to save the large reptile, he got bitten by the strong snake. While nonvenomous, they have been known to have an iron grip. The gallant rescuer managed to successfully pull the snake, even in its injured condition, and safely transported the snake to a new location.
In the incident, snake rescuers are on a selfless mission to protect humans and snakes—neither of them should be sacrificed. Illustrations and films showing the dramatic procedure have been renowned and highly shared, infecting many interested audiences.
Authorities and wildlife lovers applauded Shah's work. This reminds people of the importance of using the appropriate safety equipment and training when handling large snakes in urban and campus settings.
Luckily for the expert, he's recovering after the meeting.
